Wizards are wise people…and wisdom comes from experience and reflection. Without the firsthand experience, your reflection may be starting from false premises. Without the reflection the experience just provides agony, ecstacy…or something in between that is soon forgotten.

Wizards are also masters of change. They both instigate change and facilitate it. Change is hard for most of us. It snaps us right out of our comfort zones. If forces creativity, if only in finding ways of coping with it or fighting it.

How often do you stop and wonder, “Was that something I really thought of myself, or just something I heard and decided to agree with?” For too many of us, too much of the time, Wilde is right. We just recycle the thoughts and feelings of others, and so we become a collage of those around us, rather than being our own people.

If your really want to change the world, you must learn to question all of your assumption, all of what you believe, in order to learn new ways to think about different situations. When you learn to take a different point of view, sometimes you’ll see new and better ways of approaching problems others don’t see. That’s The Wizard’s Way!
