Wizards are wise people…and wisdom comes from experience and reflection. Without the firsthand experience, your reflection may be starting from false premises. Without the reflection the experience just provides agony, ecstacy…or something in between that is soon forgotten.
Wizards are also masters of change. They both instigate change and facilitate it. Change is hard for most of us. It snaps us right out of our comfort zones. If forces creativity, if only in finding ways of coping with it or fighting it.
