Why is it tough to keep the integrity of a business? Probably because we live in a world that changes. A business is like a living organism–constantly reacting to and adjusting itself in resonse to it’s environment. And sometimes, with all of that adjustment and adaptation, the different parts of the business get out of balance.
The problem many business leaders encounter is that, when you’re in the midst of the fray of running that business, you probably can’t see that it is losing it’s integrity.
