We no longer live in a world of scarcity–but one of uneven distribution of the abundance around us. In the US, studies show we actually throw away almost 60% of the food we produce, and yet many Americans go hungry. We need better ideas, better workers, better innovators–and better, more freely available education is the way to get them.
So…take a moment to consider: what are you doing, who are you being, that is keeping the worst aspects of our public education system in place? What could you do, who could you become…that would help improve things for everyone? Even a small change can help.
