Listening is one of the metaskills that can be most difficult to develop–but without it, we fail to connect, fail to communicate and often fail to persuade.
When you want to connect, to persuade, to influence…one of your greatest strengths is the ability to really listen. But it takes practice. Which is why active listening is one of the areas we concentrate on in our presentations workshops.
